Hacing spent the weekend entertaining parents I just had to get out and do something today so I drove up to Pendam and had a nice easy ride arouns some of the trails. Started off with the Pendam Trail up to the visitor centre and then headed off down the Mark of Zorro.

Felt slow and as if everything was hard work, but I guess you have to have a bad day now and then. I seemed to have lost my nerve on the downhills too!
